Julio L. Rocha was born in the big apple (Queens, New York) and raised in the South Bronx. In the Bronx he attended Community School 66 where he was awarded the Mathematics medal of the “City of New York” in the 5^th grade. At the age of fifteen Julio and his family moved to Ecuador where he completed his high school education in the San Jose “LA SALLE” Catholic School in Guayaquil, Ecuador. 

After graduating, Julio decided to move to Florida to continue his education. He holds a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in behavioral science, an advance management and  Financial Planning certificate from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA from Rollins College - Crummer School of Business with concentration in entrepreneurship..

Today, Julio is the Founder & Senior Financial Advisor at Rocha Financial Group LLC, a minority business enterprise with the primary focus of providing individuals and business owners with financial advice in the areas of investment, retirement planning and insurance.
