Rudy has over 18 years diversified advisory and consulting services experience consists of Big 4 public accounting, sales, consulting, and internal and external audit management roles in Fortune 50 companies.  Rudy’s prime expertise is creating and delivering diverse risk management services relating to process improvement, internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, information technology, and evaluating, developing, promoting and implementing risk-based methodologies for diverse accounting and treasury processes

Rudy has served as a key manager on several large internal audit outsourcing engagements for SEC listed clients.  Managed and performed engagements adding significant value in areas such as accounting function integration, budget process improvement and customization of risk and control assessments including manufacturing, retail, fast moving consumer goods, and professional services and bottling operations with strict federal guidelines.

Mr. Kiste has led multi-national Project Management and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance engagements assisting clients with identifying the scope, developing project plans, documenting key processes and developing test plans, determining remediation plans. Rudy has also conducted worldwide financial and operational audits for Fortune 500 companies with entities ranging from $1 billion to $5 billion in sales.
